都心側からだと北千住の一つ手前にある町屋駅から徒歩15分ほど、大通りから少し入った所にあります。都内にも銀座や新橋に支店を持つ有名店です。
本店は支店よりも肉質が良いとの意見もあり、雰囲気もあります。
もちろん事前予約は必須です。

支店はきれいな店舗が多く高級焼き肉店の装いですが、本店は老舗焼き肉店の雰囲気を感じさせ、期待感も高まります。
店舗内は改装され、明るく清潔な感じです。家族で来ている人たちも多い印象でした。

表面に焼き目を付けて握りにしてもらいました。黒酢の酢飯でさっぱりと食べられます、筋など全く感じず肉と油のうまみが口に広がります。

柔らかく肉のうまみをしっかりと味わえる一品。にぎりにしてもらうこともできます。
店員さんが多く注文も快適でした。予約2時間制なので時間はきっちりさせているようです。最後に一気にお肉を頼むとせわしないかもしれないので注意です。
ちょっと行きにくい場所にはありますが、飲み屋街の有名な北千住や、散歩スポットで有名な谷根千（谷中、根津、千駄木）なども路線的に近いのでセットで行くのもいいですね。この日も帰りに根津界隈を散策してきました。
